Misura — Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Misura. By downloading, accessing, or using the Misura app ("Misura," "the app," "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Misura is operated by ZariaLabs ("we," "us," "our"). You can contact us at support@misuraapp.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Misura, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the app on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for them.

2. The Service

Misura is a workout tracking app for people who follow their own strength and lifting programs. You bring your own program, and Misura helps you log your workouts — exercises, sets, reps, weight, and related metrics — and review your history and progress over time.

Misura does not provide coaching, prescribed programs, medical advice, or fitness instruction. It is a tool for recording and reviewing the workouts you choose to do.

3. Your Account

To use Misura you create an account, either with an email address or by signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for:

keeping your login credentials secure;
all activity that happens under your account; and
notifying us promptly at support@misuraapp.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Misura offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("Misura Pro").

Free tier. The free tier lets you maintain 1 program and view up to 30 days of workout history.

Misura Pro. Pro unlocks unlimited programs and full workout history. Pricing is:

Monthly: $4.99 per month
Annual: $29.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial available on the annual plan only

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by region as set by the App Store. We may change prices in the future; any change will apply only to future billing periods and will be disclosed before it takes effect.

Payment and auto-renewal. All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account, and subscription management is handled through our subscription provider, RevenueCat. We never see or store your payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Free trial. If you start the annual plan's 7-day free trial, you will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the trial converts automatically into a paid annual subscription and you will be charged.

How to cancel. You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings: open the Settings app on your device → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Misura → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until then.

Refunds. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us, in accordance with Apple's policies. To request a refund, use Apple's "Report a Problem" process at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue App Store refunds directly.

5. Your Content

Your workouts, programs, exercise data, and notes ("Your Content") belong to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

To operate the app — to store your data, sync it across your devices, and display it back to you — you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups that age out on a normal schedule.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to use any program or material you enter into the app.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

use the app for any unlawful purpose;
attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems;
use the app in a way that infringes someone else's rights; or
resell or commercially exploit the app without our written permission.

7. Fitness and Health Disclaimer

Misura is a tracking tool only. It does not provide medical, health, or fitness advice, and it is not a substitute for professional guidance.

Exercise carries inherent risks. You are solely responsible for your own training decisions and for exercising safely. Consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before beginning or changing any exercise program. We are not responsible or liable for any injury, harm, or health consequence arising from your use of the app or from any workout you perform.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZariaLabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) twenty U.S. dollars ($20).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Termination

By you. You can stop using Misura at any time and delete your account from within the app. Deleting your account removes your data from our systems as described in the Privacy Policy.

By us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that harms the Service or other users. Where reasonable, we will try to give you notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
